Men's Golf Places Second at Myrtle Beach Shootout

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Elms College senior Henry Fall (Harpswell, Maine) and freshman Chris Miele (South Hadley, Mass.) each shot an 82 and the Blazers carded a combined score of 338 to place second in Myrtle Beach Shootout at Barefoot Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Elms junior Nick Smith (Enfield, Conn.) shot an 83 and sophomore Dan Olive (Jefferson Township, N.J.) followed with a score of 91 to round out the Blazers' scoring golfers.

Senior Tyler Cudnik (Hampden, Mass.) and freshman Brian Benson (Agawam, Mass.) registered respective rounds of 92 and 93 and freshman Ryan Finneral (Tewksbury, Mass.) notched a score of 97.

Baldwin Wallace College won the event with a total score of 327 while Monmouth College placed third with a score of 342 and Stevens Institute of Technology registered a mark of 362.

Elms returns to action on Friday and Saturday, April 4-5 at Rhode Island College.
