Cadle Records Triple Double In Conference Loss to Falcons

CHICOPEE, MA - With 11 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists grade student Tahquell Cadle filled out the stat sheet against Albertus Magnus tonight in Picknelly Arena; 87-68 for the final.

How it happened

Half way through the first half the Falcons built a lead of 24-11 over the Blazers with a sucess shooting 50% from the 3Pt line and free throw line and a 51.4% from the field. The Blazers also shot 50% from the free throw line in the first half but came up short from the field shooting 33.3% and 25% from the 3Pt line. Albertus Falcons were able to capitalize off of offensive boards by putting up 11 points just from second point chances. Both the teams handed out three blocks during the half, and the Blazers were able to snag 9 steals with Tahquell Cadle (Bridgeport, CT) attaining 7 of them in the first. Heading into the half the Falcons lead 47-29.

In the second half the Blazers held a higher shooting percentage with 55.2% from the field over the Falcons 34.9%. The Blazers trailed by one point in the second half putting up 39 points (40-39) due to the Falcons first half succes the Blazers were unable to keep the game close. For the final the Falcons came up with the conference win, 87-68 for the final.
