Fall Earns Medalist Honors to Lift Men’s Golf to Victory at Emmanuel College Quad-Match

FRANKLIN PARK, Mass. – Elms College sophomore Henry Fall (Harpswell, Maine) shot a 72 to earn individual medalist honors and the Blazers carded a team score of 307 to win the Emmanuel College quad-match at William J. Devine Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon.

Fall's 72 earned him his second individualist medalist honors of the season, the last coming at the Blazers Invitational on Sept. 28 earlier this season.

Elms junior Daniel Costello (Brookfield, Conn.) and freshman Nicholas Smith (Enfield, Conn.) finished in a tie for second overall with rounds of 78 each, while sophomore Kyle Simard (Thorndike, Mass.) was one stroke behind with a 79. Sophomore Tyler Cudnik (Hampden, Mass.) registered a round of 88 rounding out the Blazers' lineup.

Newbury College scored 336, Emmanuel notched a 368 and Daniel Webster College finished play with a combined score of 374.

Wednesday's quad-match concluded the fall portion of Elms' 2011-12 season.
