Men’s Golf Finishes Third At Nichols College Quad Match

DUDLEY, Mass. – Elms College freshman Tyler Cudnik (Hampden, Mass.) shot a low round of 79 for the Blazers and finished second overall individually but host Nichols College's John Juterbock (Darien, Conn.) earned top individual honors with a round of 76 to help lead the Bison to victory in Wednesday afternoon's quad match in Dudley, Mass.

Nichols totaled a team score of 326 while Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT) shot a combined score of 339 to claim second place. Elms finished with a 341 team score and Suffolk University rounded out the field with a 353.

Elms' freshman Edward Innarelli (Ludlow, Mass.) and WIT's John Romanelli (Acushnet, Mass.) finished five strokes behind Juterbock, while Suffolk's Patrick Knowles (Ambler, Pa.) was the top finisher for the Rams with a round of 86.

Blazers' sophomores David Pianki (West Suffield, Conn.) and Kyle Panek (Belchertown, Mass.) carded rounds of 84 and 97 respectively in the quad match.

Elms returns to action on Thursday, Sept. 23 when it travels to the MCLA Invitational. Tee-time is set for 1:00 p.m.
