DeGrazia, Fall Garner NECC Weekly Accolades

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Elms College junior men’s golfer Henry Fall (Harpswell, Maine) was named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week, and junior women’s cross country runner Devon DeGrazia (Westport, Mass.) was named NECC Rookie of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday.

Fall carded a team-low round of 75 on day one of the Duke Nelson Invitational hosted by Middlebury College on Saturday, and followed that with a round of 79 on Sunday to earn a share of 16^th place overall during the two-day event. This is Fall’s first weekly accolade of the season.

DeGrazia earned her second NECC weekly honor of the season after finishing first for Elms and fifth overall at the Eagle Invitational hosted by Daniel Webster College with a time of 22:59. DeGrazia was the highest placing NECC runner at the meet.
