Setting The Scene: Elms enters Saturday's New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) contest looking to halt a two-match losing streak and has now lost four of its last five heading into the final regular season match of the season. Bay Path comes to Chicopee, Mass. on a two-match losing skid of its own, but won four straight prior to its current losing stretch.

Scouting The Wildcats: Bay Path takes the court looking to end its losing slide that includes conference losses to Regis College and Southern Vermont College. The Wildcats posted a 3-1 win over Daniel Webster College on Oct. 15 in their last victory led by Nadine Harkless' (Westfield, Mass.) match-high 20 kills and team-best 12 digs. Harkless added three solo blocks, while Ashley Provost (Ludlow, Mass.) directed the offensive efforts with 25 assists. For the season, Harkless has knocked down a team-best 257 kills, while Provost has distributed a team-leading 480 assists during the 2011 season.

Scouting The Blazers: Elms enters the regular season finale looking for its sixth consecutive win over Bay Path since the 2006 season. Led by senior outside hitter Stacy Croteau's (Agawam, Mass.) team-high 230 kills and senior setter Jennifer Rego's (Fall River, Mass.) 454 assists, the Blazers are poised to earn their third conference win of the 2011 campaign and earn a berth in the NECC Championship tournament. In last season's matchup with the Wildcats, Rego paced Elms' offensive efforts with a match-best 19 kills, while Croteau dug a match-high 23 balls to help guide the Blazers to a 3-1 victory.

Among The League Leaders: Croteau and Rego have ranked among the league leaders in several categories throughout the season. Croteau is currently second in aces (71) and service aces per set (0.83), and fifth in kills (230) and kills per set (2.67). Rego is currently ranked fourth in assists with 454 and is slotted fifth in assists per set (5.34).
