In set two, the sides posted a 4-4 tie before an 11-4 run put the Pride ahead, 15-8. Elms pulled to within three on a service ace by senior setter Jennifer Rego (Fall River, Mass.) to set the score at 15-12, but a 10-2 Regis run gave the Pride a 2-0 lead in the contest.

Leading 21-18 in third frame, Regis' Caitlyn Walsh (Taunton, Mass.) served back-to-back aces to extend the advantage 23-18, but the Blazers rallied with a 7-0 run on the strength of three Croteau kills, and two from junior outside hitter Christina Martin (Chicopee, Mass.) to prevent the sweep and give Elms a 25-23 set four victory.
