Gagne Named ECAC Player of the Week

CHICOPEE, MA – Elms College women’s soccer player Krystyna Gagne (Methuen, MA) garnered Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Player of the Week honors for the week of Oct. 19-25 as announced by the organization on Tuesday.

Gagne single handedly led the Blazers to a 5-1 victory over New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) foe Becker netting all five goals. With this feat, Gagne became Elms’ all-time leading goal scorer with 44 career goals. For her efforts, Gagne was also named NECC Player of the Week for the second straight week.
