All-Time Series: Smith College leads the all-time series, 17-3 dating back to the first meeting in 1982.

Last Meeting: Smith posted a 7-0 win over Elms College on Wednesday, Sept. 15 at Leary Field.

Setting The Scene: Elms enters Tuesday's non-league contest looking to respond after a heart-breaking 2-1 loss to Rivier College on Sept. 10. Smith takes the field fresh off a convincing 12-1 win over Bay Path College on Sept. 10 and stands at 1-2 overall.

Scouting The Pioneers: In the Pioneers' 12-1 win over Bay Path, Allie Stein (Ann Arbor, Mich.) fired in six goals and assisted on another to set the tone for Smith's offensive onslaught. Ahalya Raman (Bangalore, India) and Sydney Burns (Woodbury, N.J.) added two scores each, while Abbey Fleming (Beverly, Mass.) secured the win with five saves.

Scouting The Blazers: Against Rivier, Blazers' freshman forward Tatiana Frizzell (Brattleboro, Vt.) tallied her first collegiate-career goal to knot the contest at 1-1 early in the second period on Saturday, but the Raiders scored the game-winner in the 51st minute and held on for the victory. Freshman forward Meghan Goodrow (Sunderland, Mass.) was credited with the assist on Frizzell's goal, and nearly scored the equalizer late in the contest.

Among The NECC Leaders: Junior goalkeeper Alexandra Bonavita (Agawam, Mass.) is currently ranked third in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) in goals against average (4.00) and fifth in saves (20). Goodrow is tied for second in assists (1), while freshman Alyssa LaMonica (Salem, Mass.) is listed in a tie for third in defensive saves with one.
