Olivia Keane Nabs NECC Rookie Honors

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Elms College freshman Olivia Keane (Enfield, Conn.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Field Hockey Rookie of the Week, announced by the conference office Monday. This is Keane's first Rookie of the Week honor of her career.

Keane came up in the clutch for Elms during a 1-0 win over Becker, delivering her first collegiate goal in style, netting the game-winner in the 48th minute of action off a penalty corner to hand the Blazers their third straight NECC win.

Keane and the Blazers will look to continue their winning ways with an NECC road trip to Regis College Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.
