Regis had a taken three shots in the first half with one goal, that was saved by Kaitlyn Lynes, and the Pride had two corner attempts in the first half.

Elms controlled the third quarter, pretecting the net and keping the lead. Regis had two shots on goal late in the third to attempt at cracking the scoreboard but Lynes denied both, keeping the game scorless for the Pride.

It wasn't until the 47th minute when Regis' Ava Costello slipped a shot right passed the Blazers defense and goalkeeper to tie up the game 1-1. With more than 10 minutes left in the contest neither team was able to score, sending them into overtime.
