Men’s Basketball Announces “Grow Your Game” Fall Clinic Dates
CHICOPEE, Mass. – The Elms College men's basketball program recently announced its "Grow Your Game" fall clinic dates beginning on Sunday, September 11 on the campus of Elms College.
The clinics will take place on five Sundays during the fall, including September 11, 18 and 25, and October 2 and 9. Cost of the clinic is $25 per day and $100 for all five.
Each clinic date will consist of two sessions:
Session 1: Boys and girls grades 2-6 – 9-10:30 a.m.
Session 2: Boys and girls grades 7-12 – 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Each session will be directed by Blazers' head men's basketball coach Ed Silva and his coaching staff, as well as current members of Elms' 2011-12 squad. Areas covered during the clinics include ball handling and dribbling, shooing technique and drills, footwork, passing and point guard play, finishing the play, speed, agility and quickness.
