PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. - The Elms College women's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-9, 25-9, 25-13) to Saint Michael's College in the final day of the 2012 Cardinal Classic hosted by Plattsburgh State University at Memorial Hall Gymnasium in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
With the loss, Elms moves to 0-8 on the season and will travel to University of St. Joseph (Conn.) on Tuesday, Sept. 18 for a 7:00 p.m. contest with the Blue Jays.
Blazers' sophomore libero Caitlyn Larvey (Greenfield, Mass.) had eight digs and freshman outside hitter Alexandra Mack (Wilbraham, Mass.) had three kills on 10 swings with just one miscue to lead Elms in defeat.
