Women's Volleyball Selected Seventh in 2012 NECC Preseason Poll

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - The Elms College women's volleyball team was selected to finish seventh in the 2012 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Preseason Poll as announced by the league on Wednesday. 

The Blazers, led by fifth-year head coach Sheila Gisbrecht, look to return to NECC postseason play in 2012. Elms returns four players to the court including four-year starting outside hitter Christina Martin (Chicopee, Mass.). For the second straight season, the Blazers will open its slate with the Blazers Challenge beginning on Friday, August 31 at 4:00 p.m.
