Women’s Basketball Earns Second Seed in the 2013-14 NECC Championship Tournament

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – The Elms College women's basketball team garnered the second seed in the 2013-14 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship tournament as announced by the league office on Saturday.

Elms (16-9, 15-3 NECC) earned the second seed and will play seventh-seeded Wheelock College (6-19, 5-13 NECC) in a first round game on Tuesday, February 28. This is the third season in a row that the Blazers have earned the second seed in postseason play.
