Blazers Drop Non-Conference Game to MCLA
North Adams, MA - The Elms College men's basketball fell on the road tonight to the Trailblazers from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts ,67-86.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
D.J. Edelen (Prince George, VA) led the Blazers with 17 points and added 6 rebounds as Elms fell to the Trailblazers 67-86 on Tuesday night at the Amsler Campus Center Gym. The Blazers are 0-7, 0-1 in the GNAC.
Klaytin Silva (Worcester, MA) contributed 9 points and 2 rebounds while David Lopez Jr. (Willimantic, CT)scored 8 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds.
The Blazers shot 14-37 (37.8%) from the field in the first half as Edelen paced the team with 15 points. Silva added 9 points and Lopez Jr. scored 5 points and 5 assists. The Blazers trailed 38-42 at the half.
The Blazers struggled to find their rhythm in the second half as they shot 9-35 (25.7%) from the field. The Blazers were perfect from the freethrow line however, as they went 9-9. The Blazer offense was paced by Vashon Wilson (New Haven, CT) off the bench with 8 points and 7 rebounds and Tahquell Cadle (Bridgeport, CT) who added 6 points. The Blazers fell to the Wildcats 67-86.
