Blazers Fall to JWU in GNAC Opener
Providence, RI - The Elms College men's basketball team fell on the road tonight at Johnson and Wales University (Providence) in their GNAC opener, 59-75.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Klaytin Silva led the Blazers with 19 points and added 8 rebounds as Elms fell to the Wildcats 59-75 on Thursday night at the Wildcat Center. The Blazers are 0-4, 0-1 in the GNAC.
Justin Feliciano contributed 15 points, 3 steals, and 4 assists while Tahquell Cadle notched a double-double scoring 12 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.
The Blazers shot 10-32 (31.3%) from the field in the first half as Silva paced the team with 13 points. Feliciano added 6 points and 4 assists while Cadle grabbed 6 rebounds. The Blazers trailed 24-33 at the half.
Both teams held their offensive rhythm in the second half as the Blazers shot 11-29 (37.9%) from the field and were 10-12 (83.3%) from the freethrow line. The Blazer offense was paced by Cadle and Feliciano with 10 and 9 points respectively. The Blazers fell to the Wildcats 59-75.
