Men's Golf Competed in the Detrick Invitational Over the Weekend

BERLIN, CT. - First year Miguel Pearce (Guilford, CT) shot an 85 on Sunday (Day two of the Invitational) and a 160 for the weekend to finish first for the Blazers and T24th overall. The Trinity College (CT) Bantams took first place in the Bill Detrick Men's Golf Invitational at Timberlin Golf Club in Berlin, CT over the weekend. 

Declan Flynn (Hingham, MA) T45 overall and finished second for the Blazers shooting a 90 on day one and 79 for day two, with a total score of 169. Liam Fitzgibbons (Pittsfield, MA) had fired an 86 on Saturday and had a 79 Sunday to finish at 177 finishing third for the Blazers and 47th overall. 

The Blazers competed a player down in the tournament but still managed to finish 8th out of 10 teams of five golfers.
