Three Women's Lacrosse Players Named All-NECC

The Elms College women’s lacrosse team had three players garner All-New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) honors as announced by the league office on Monday.

Elms College junior midfielder Kayla Narey (South Hadley, Mass.) and sophomore attacker Jillian Pirog (Ludlow, Mass.) netted three goals each, but top-seeded Regis College used a four-goal effort from Teresa Busiek (Arlington, Mass.) and the Pride notched a 16-1 lead at halftime to help secure a 20-8 victory over the fourth-seeded Blazers in Wednesday evening’s New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship tournament semifinal women’s lacrosse contest in Weston, Mass.
