Elms College head men’s basketball coach Ed Silva was recently selected to participate in the 2011 NCAA Achieving Coaching Excellence (ACE) Program which is administered by the NCAA Student Athlete Affairs department in partnership with the Black Coaches& Administrators (BCA). The program will take place beginning Sunday, June 5-8 in Indianapolis, Ind.
