Women's Cross Country Wins 2014 Mitchell Invitational
WATERFORD, Conn. - The Elms College women's cross country team won the 2014 Mitchell Invitational Friday night in Waterford, CT in dominating fashion. Blazers placed first through fourth in the three team race against Mitchell College and Newbury College.
Freshman Sarah Tatgenhorst (Winterport, ME) 20:55, senior Rachel Lehouillier (Belchertown, MA) 22:12, freshman Sarah Kaczenski (Northfield, MA) 23:14, and senior Diana Borys (Oakville, CT) 23:22 finished first through fourth respectively in the 4,852 meter race. Also having particularly strong showings for the Blazers were junior captain Emma Bernard (Chicopee, MA) 24:50 and junior Jackie Quetti (Pittsfield, MA) 25:40.
