Elms College: Girls & Women in Sports Day
Chicopee, MA - We are so excited to bring back Girls & Women in Sports Day to the Elms College Athletics Department being held on February 27th, 2021!
Girls & Women in Sports Day is an annual day of observance held during the first week of February to acknowledge the accomplishments of female athletes, recognize the influence of sports participation for women and girls, and honor the progress and continuing struggle for equality for women in sports.
The goal of our virtual event, run in conjunction with our Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), will be to connect to our community through sport. Our female coaches and programs are thrilled to connect with these young female athletes and show them the Blazer Way!
Our virtual event will be a stepping stone to an on campus event during Winter 2022.
