The two squads traded goals as Wheelock took a 9-5 lead into the break.

Elms struck first in the second half to cut their deficit to 9-6 but the home team responded with another string of four goals to claim a commanding 13-6 lead on a Marrs free position shot.

The Wildcats continued to push their advantage as yet another Marrs free position shot yielded a 17-9 lead with 11:27 remaining.

The Blazers fought back the rest of the way and claimed four of the last five goals with rookie attack Haley Roberts (Westfield, Mass.) rounding out the day's scoring when she made it 18-13 at the 1:26 mark.

Wheelock was led by Centore who matched career-highs with eight goals and 10 points on the afternoon. Marrs netted a season-high six goals while rookie midfield Molly Koon (Londonderry, N.H.) added three goals and an assist.
