Freshman Liz Walker (Holyoke, MA) earned a second place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke and was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Swimmer Of The Year as she helped lead the women's swimming team to a program-record 11th place finish at the 2007 New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships.

Freshman Liz Walker (Holyoke, MA) became Elms College's first-ever swimmer to win a New England title during the second day of the 2007 New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships on Saturday at the University of New Hampshire.

Freshman Liz Walker (Holyoke, MA) finished third overall in the 50-yard breaststroke and freshman Jason DiMauro (New Hartford, CT) placed fifth overall in the 500-yard freestyle as the men and women’s swimming teams competed in Friday’s New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championship at Swasey Pool.
