On Saturday, Feb. 25, 10th-year head coach Laura Habacker and the Elms College women's basketball team captured the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) championship with a thrilling 66-64 victory over Daniel Webster College. With the win, the women's basketball team gets an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship tournament, the first in program history.
