Meadows Is NECC Player Of The Week
MARSHFIELD, Mass. -- Ayanna Meadows (Springfield, Mass.) earned New England Collegiate Conference Women’s Volleyball Player of the Week honors after helping lead the Blazers to three-straight victories to open the season over the weekend.
Meadows averaged 2.10 kills per set and hit .163 while adding 32 digs and seven service aces. She played in all 10 sets for the Blazers as Elms picked up two wins over SUNY Cobleskill and another over Albertus Magnus. The sophomore was among Elms’ top two in kills per set, aces, digs and total points for the week.
