Three Blazers Named to Summer League All-Star Game
SIMSBURY, Conn. - The Connecticut Collegiate Baseball League (CCBL) announced their rosters for the 2024 CCBL All-Star Game Thursday evening. Three Elms College athletes were selected to represent their teams in the North Division Sunday evening.

Sophomore Justin Saad (Waterford, Conn.) and first-years Griffen Levesque (Agawam, Mass.) and Jacob Perez (Manchester, Conn.) were each named to represent the North Division. Saad and Levesque have been playing for the Western Mass Pioneers and Perez with the Manchester Eagles.
The 2024 CCBL All-Star Game was played at Simsbury's Memorial Field and was the inaugural installation of the contest, with the South Division winning with a final tally of 5-3. The CCBL is a summer league for college players who live in Connecticut or Western Massachusetts. The CCBL regular season will conclude on Friday, July 19 and additional information about the league; including game schedules, can be found on their website, ctcollegebaseballleague.org.
