STUDENT-Athlete Medical Registration Open

Chicopee, MA - Any STUDENT-Athlete that will be participating in a fall sport can begin the registration process. STUDENT-Athletes will be asked to submit medical information and watch several videos, all of the information can be found at the following link. https://sites.google.com/elms. edu/ecathleticclearance/home

STUDENT-Athletes are asked to reach out via email to our athletic trainers or your individual coach with any questions.
