Rossignol Named NECC Player of the Week

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Elms College sophomore Michelle Rossignol (Manchester, Conn.) was named New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week in women's soccer as announced by the league office on Monday.

Rossignol helped Elms to a 2-0 week and her first NECC weekly accolade of the season after scoring a pair of game-winning goals against conference competition. Rossignol blasted a penalty kick goal in a 1-0 overtime win over Mitchell College in the 100^th minute of play, and followed that with the first score in a 3-0 win over Newbury College.
