CHICOPEE, MA, Nov. 18, 2008 - Smith College sophomore Reyna Levine (Kalamazoo, MI) placed first in a pair of races and the visiting Pioneers were victorious in nine of 14 total events en route to a 139-107 win over the Blazers in Tuesday night's women's swimming meet at Partyka Natatorium.

Levine was the top finisher in both the 200-meter individual medley (2:47.77) and 400-meter freestyle (5:17.58) for Smith, which improved to 1-2 overall.

In all, the Pioneers were victorious in eight individual and one relay event.

Freshman Ashley Arbo (Rocky Hill, CT) clocked a first place finish in the 100-meter freestyle (1:06.51) for Elms College, which fell to 1-6.

Elms College returns to action when it hosts Colby-Sawyer on Saturday, November 22. Meet time is 11:00 a.m.
