Women's Soccer To Host Daniel Webster In NECC Tournament Semifinals

ATTLEBORO, MA, Oct. 30, 2008 - The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced pairings for the upcoming women's soccer conference tournament and Elms College has earned the top seed.

The Blazers (9-7) outscored their opponents 43-0 en route to earning the NECC's inaugural regular season title.

Elms College earned a first round bye and will host No. 4 Daniel Webster (8-8) in the semifinals on Saturday, November 1 at 6:00 p.m.

Daniel Webster punched its ticket into the semifinals following a 2-0 win over No. 5 Bay Path on Wednesday afternoon.

From there, the winner advances to the championship game on Saturday, November 8 at the highest remaining seed.
