CAMBRIDGE, MA, Sept. 19, 2007 - Elms College sophomore forward Krystyna Gagne (Methuen, MA) scored the game-tying goal with just 55 seconds in regulation to help the Blazers salvage a hard-fought 1-1 tie with Lesley University in Wednesday night's North Atlantic Conference (NAC) women's soccer game at Cambridge.

The Lynx (6-0-1, 0-0-1 NAC) took the lead with 15 minutes remaining and held the lead into the closing seconds before sophomore defender Serina Percoski (Westfield, MA) headed a pass to Gagne, who then broke free and netted her team-leading third goal of the year to send the game to overtime.

From there, junior goalkeeper Shannon Donnelly (Florence, MA) registered two of her nine saves to help preserve the tie.

Elms College (2-4-1, 1-0-1 NAC) returns to conference play when it hosts the University of Maine-Farmington on Saturday, September 22. The Homecoming Day game is set for a 3:00 p.m. start.
