Men's Golf Finishes Fourth At NAC Championship
MEN'S GOLF FINISHES FOURTH AT NAC CHAMPIONSHIP
BOOTHBAY, ME, Oct. 14, 2007 - Elms College senior Neil Daigneault (Ludlow, MA) carded a two-round total of 153 to earn runner-up honors individually and help the Blazers to a fourth place finish in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men's Golf Championship at Boothbay Golf Club.
Husson College held on to its first round lead by winning with a two-day team total of 619. Castleton State College scored a 656 for second place. The University of Maine Farmington, Elms College, Thomas, Becker, and Maine Maritime rounded out the seven-team field.
Daigneault followed Saturday's first round 78 with a 75 on day two en route to earning First Team All-NAC honors for the third consecutive year.
The NAC Championship concluded the 2007 fall season for Elms College.
