Men's Golf Tied For Fifth After First Round Of NAC Championship
MEN'S GOLF TIED FOR FIFTH AFTER FIRST ROUND OF NAC CHAMPIONSHIP
BOOTHBAY, ME, Oct. 13, 2007 - Elms College senior Neil Daigneault (Ludlow, MA) carded a first round 78 and the Blazers stand tied for fifth place after the first round of the two-day North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men's Golf Championship at Boothbay Golf Club.
Husson leads the seven-team field with a score of 312. Castleton (328), Maine-Farmington (337), Thomas (347), Elms College (363), Maine Maritime (363) and Becker (369) round out the field following round one.
Freshman Andrew Sullivan (West Springfield, MA) finished with an 86 for the Blazers, who conclude final round play on Sunday, October 14.
