Ancrum, Williams Named All-North Atlantic Conference (NAC)

 ANCRUM, WILLIAMS EARN ALL-NORTH ATLANTIC CONFERENCE (NAC) HONORS

CHICOPEE, MA, Feb. 21, 2007 - Elms College men's basketball senior guards John Ancrum (Harlem, NY) and David Williams (Hartford, CT) were recently named All-North Atlantic Conference (NAC).

Ancrum, who was voted to the All-NAC Second Team, netted 13 points and tallied a game-high seven assists in the NAC Tournament quarterfinal win against Mount Ida on February 20. Ancrum has 210 total points this season and a team-high 121 assists.

Williams, who earned Honorable Mention All-NAC, registered a team-high 14 points in the Blazers triumph of Mount Ida in the NAC Tournament quarterfinal. Williams leads all Blazers scorers this season with 305 total points, averaging a team-high 13.3 points per game.
