Men's Cross Country Has Strong Showing at 2014 Mitchell Invitational

WATERFORD, Conn.  - The Elms College men's cross country team only ran two athletes at the Mitchell Invitational Friday night in Waterford, CT, but both had strong showings. Junior captain Adam Kuzdzal (Chicopee, MA) 29:32 finished second in the three team 7,205 meter race against Mitchell College and Newbury College. Sophomore Joshua Diaz Rolon (Springfield, MA) 30:18 finished in fourth place.

 

Newbury's Christopher Beaudoin won the men's race in 29:27, holding off Elm's Kuzdzal by just five seconds. Mitchell College won the Invitational as a team with a total team score of 21 points.
