Bio

Sophie Towne is in her first year as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Elms College, she joined the Strength & Conditioning staff in the fall of 2025.

Towne comes to Elms from Georgetown University where she spent four years as a member of the field hockey team. While at Georgetown, she also was a part of the Sports Performance program. She would then spend time as an intern at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Olympic Sports Performance.

Towne would graduate from Georgetown in 2025 with her bachelor's and is currently earning her master's degree at Springfield College. Towne also holds a CSCS certification from the NSCA.
