Bio

Dylan Rivers is in his first year as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Elms College, he joined the Strength & Conditioning staff in the fall of 2025.

Rivers comes to Elms from Nichols College. While at Nichols, he also was a part of the Sports Performance program as an intern. He would also spend time as an intern at Harvard University, University of Iowa Football team, and Oakfit in Dallas, Texas.

Rivers would graduate from Nichols in 2025 with his bachelor's and is currently earning his master's degree at Springfield College. Rivers also holds a CSCS certification from the NSCA.
