Men's Basketball Tabbed Fifteenth in GNAC Preseason Polls
WINTHROP, MA - Following a vote amongst the league's head coaches, the Elms College Men's Basketball team has been selected to finish fifteenth in the 2023 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Basketball Preseason Poll, as announced on Thursday morning.
Elms is entering their third season with the GNAC, when asked about competing and the outlook for the upcoming season Rob Southall responded: "We are excited to start the season and to welcome our newcomers to the program. We are looking forward to competing against the GNAC conference schools."
The Blazers capped off their season with an overall record of 3-22, finishing with a 2-16 conference record. Despite the outcome after last season the team will enter the 2023-24 season with their heads up ready to leave last season in the past.
The 2023 GNAC Tournament will be held on Monday, February 19th with Play-In Rounds leading up to the Championship which will be held on Saturday, February 24th.
