Women's Lacrosse Fall to Saints in Conference Play

BOSTON, MA - The Elms College Women's Lacrosse team fought hard against the Emmanuel College Saints Saturday afternoon, falling 25-6 for the final.

How it Happened

Senior Anna-Elise Pikul (Belchertown, MA) went on a four goal solo run in the final five minutes of the first quarter. Pikul managed to turn a scoreless quarter into a 9-4 game within minutes. 

Junior Elise Paier(West Springfield, MA) and Sophomore Greta Frankwicsz (Cape Elizabeth, ME) bioth added a goal to the Blazers total against the Saints Saturday afternoon. 

Gianna Liquori (East Longmeadow, MA) split time with first year Kathrine Ingram (Chicopee, MA), Liquori started in the net and registered 37:43 min recording 12 saves against the Saints. Ingram would step in for the final 22:17 minutes of the Conference match attaining 6 saves in her first collegiate match. 

The Blazers fell to a final of 25-6 against the Emmanuel College (MASS.) Saints on Saturday afternoon.
