Blazers Fall in Three to Bison, 3-0

DUDLEY, MA - The Elms College Men's Volleyball team fell in three sets to the Nichols College Bison Saturday afternoon, falling 3-0 for the final.

How it Happened

Collin Liedke (Newington, CT) filled out the stat sheet recording 4 kills, 5 assists, 1 service ace and 6 digs. The Senior led with a hitting percentage of .444 for the Blazers Saturday afternoon against the Bison.

Senior Klaytin Silva (Worcestar, MA) won two isolation plays registering 2 solo blocks and 1 block assisted in the non conference match. 

Jairam Rodriguez (Cidra, PR) terminated the ball on multiple occasions during the match against the Nichols Bison. Registering 3 kills, 7 assists and 7 digs leading in both assists and digs for the Blazers.

Bisons' N. Martin registered 9 kills with 14 assists and 5 digs. Nichols College had five of their athletes finish with 6 kills including C. Mercado who also added 19 assists, 2 service aces, 8 digs and a solo block against the blazers.

The Elms College Men's Volleyball team fell in three sets, 25-18, 25-17, with a final set of 25-16.
