Mercado Selected GNAC Player of the Week
Winthrop, MA – Elms College men's volleyball senior Carlos Mercado (Barranquitas, P.R.) has been selected as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the Week.
Mercado averaged 4.88 kills per set on a .392 hitting percentage in a 2-0 week with road wins over John Jay and Eastern Nazarene. He also posted per-set marks of 2.38 digs and 0.88 blocks for the Blazers.
