Men's Soccer Selected Thirteenth in the GNAC Preseason Polls
WINTHROP, MA - Following a vote amongst the league's head coaches, the Elms College Men's Soccer team has been selected to finish thirteenth in the 2023 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Soccer Preseason Poll, as announced on Tuesday morning.
Elms is entering their third season with the GNAC, when asked about competing and the outlook for the upcoming season Mike Wysocki responded: "It's been a very competitive preseason and we're really starting to find our feet. With well over half the team being new this year, it was always going to take time to come together and figure ourselves out, but the boys have done that brilliantly. We've assembled an exciting team full of promising players and have some great depth to work with. We're really looking forward to the start of the season. I think we'll surprise a few".
The 2023 GNAC Tournament will get underway with semifinals on Tuesday, October 31st, and the championship on Saturday, November 4th.
