Men's Basketball Keel to Bantams

CHICOPEE, MA - Blazers hosted the Trinity College Bantams in Picknelly Arena where they surrender to a 95-60 defeat.

How it Happened:

At home, the Elms Blazers took on the undefeated Trinity College Bantams. Trinity jumped out to an early 17-4 lead, courtesy of a couple of open three pointers and aggressive attacking to the basket. Elms cut the lead back to single digits on a Kishaun Cole three pointer. Elms continued to fight their way back. Teron Griffin and Neilon Bridgeman scored to cut Trinity's lead to 21-15. The game went back and forth for a couple of minutes. Neither side could get a defensive stop, and the Blazers cut the lead to 28-20. However, Trinity went on a huge run, jumping out to a 47-28 at halftime. 

In the second half, Trinity jumped out to a bigger lead early, going up by as much as 31. The Blazers found it hard to score against Trinity's defense. Trinity took away all driving lanes and made Elms shoot tough shots. The Blazers were never able to get back into the game, and fell 95-60.
