Blazers Drop to Bulldogs

Chicopee, MA – The Elms College men's basketball team dropped their home game to GNAC opponent, Dean College on Thursday night.

THE BASICS:

SCORE: Elms 71, Dean 101

RECORDS: Elms (2-20, 2-14 GNAC), Dean (8-15, 3-13 GNAC) 

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Elms was led by Tahquell Cadle with 19 points. Justin Feliciano added 15 points, while DJ Edelen chipped in with 12. 

Elms scored the last five points of the frame to cut into the Dean lead at the break, 49-38.

Dean kept the offensive pressure up in the second half behind a balanced scoring attack and efficient shooting. After the Blazers opened the half with a pair of free throws to cut the deficit to nine, Dean ran away from that point holding a comfortable double digit lead throughout the remainder of the game.

The Blazers return to action on Saturday 2/19 as they hit the road for their last season game against GNAC opponet, Anna Maria College for a 2PM start.
