Six Blazers Named to 2023 NFHCA 2023 Division III National Academic Team

MANAHAWKIN, NJ - The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced the 2023 NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad Wednesday afternoon. This year, over 1,800 student-athletes from more than 155 Division III institutions earned the recognition, in which six of these athletes hale from Elms College.

The Division III National Academic Squad program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2023-24 academic year.

Senior Samantha Bonneau (Skowhegan, ME), juniors Abigail Lafleur (Southwick, MA), Sandlie Moncher (Hackettstown, NJ), sophomores Elizabeth Franzoni (Rutland, VT), Kaitlyn Lynes (South Hadley, MA), and Abbie Sierzego (South Hadley, MA) found their way on the list for Elms College.
