HOW IT HAPPENED

The Raiders scored the first two goals of the game early at home, as they were ready to put the Blazers away early. The Elms defense played well in the second quarter, as they didn't allow a goal. Combined with strong play from Kaitlyn Lynes, the Blazers went into halftime only down 2-0. With just a couple of offensive opportunities, the Blazers were going to be right back in the game.

Lynes continued to play strong behind her defense, but Rivier struck again at the end of the third to go ahead 3-0. Going into the fourth, Elms had to create some scoring opportunities if they were going to make a comeback. However, Rivier's Madison Streeter, Hailey Morse, and Kayla Miles had different ideas, as they scored a goal each to put the Raiders ahead 6-0.The Blazers lost 6-0, and are still looking for their first win this year.
