Field Hockey Heads to Simmons for First Ever GNAC Playoff Game
Chicopee, MA – The Elms College field hockey team finished 5th in their inaugural season in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference. The Blazers will make it's first-ever program appearance in the GNAC Tournament on Saturday 10/30 at Simons College at 11AM.
Elms finished the regular season 8-8 overall and 7-4 in the GNAC.
FROM THE DESK OF COACH Lapar: "I am very proud and pleased with how the team has been playing leading up to this postseason. All we have learned from, worked for, and adjusted to has seemed to be fitting together at the right time. I believe the team is now the most confident in each other and what we can do together. We know that all we have to do is continue to show up... for ourselves, for our team, our school, our supporters and what we want the rest of the year to be like for us. We know this postseason is not going to be easy, but we know we can do it."
