Blazers Advance to Quarterfinals after 15 Inning Thriller

Waltham, MA – The Elms College baseball team played in and won its first ever GNAC playoff game on Tuesday afternoon. The Blazers defeated the Lasell University Lasers in a 15 inning thriller.

• George Chaya (Mathuen, MA)  went 4 form 8 with 1 RBI and 2 run's scored
• Seamus Higgins (Rutland, MA) went 4 for 5 with 3 RBI's and 2 run's scored
• Damon Wesley (Springfield, MA) pitched 6.2 innings in the win

UP NEXT: The Blazers will travel to #1 seed St. Joes Maine on Thursday 5/5 for a quarterfinal matchup. First pitch is scheduled for 3PM.
