Roy Selected as GNAC Player of the Week to Kick Off Senior Season

CHICOPEE, MA - Senior Austin Roy (Cromwell, CT) Labeled Great Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the week to finish out the first week of the spring season.

The Elms College Baseball team kicked off their season against Martin Luther College on Saturday down in Auburndale, FL. The Blazers swept the Knights in their double header out scoring them 7-1 in the first game and 18-2 in the following game.

The Senior Infield/Pitcher contributed to the double header sweep hitting at a .714 (5-7) with a 1.571 OPS, three runs scored, a double and two RBI in a doubleheader sweep against Martin Luther on Saturday.
